Submitting Your Entry
Please submit your entry as a QuickTime or AVI file on a DVD-ROM or CD-ROM using the described format (720x480). For your own benefit, use the highest quality compression possible, and use a progressive format. If you do compress the video, use a popular codec, such as DivX. We will not accept entries that we cannot view, and we will not accept DVD or VHS videos.
You may send your entry to the following address:

Your entry must include the following:
- Your AVI or QuickTime file(s) on a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM.
- A printed, signed copy of the BPAF 2009 Entry Form.
- A check or money order ($25-35 per animation), made out to The Blue Plum Animation Festival. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
Please send these in one envelope. If you'd like, you can also send us some promotional materials for your animation, such as concept art, posters, or brochures. We may use these to promote your work and the festival. There is no limit to the number of animations you may enter.
All entries must be received by May 1, 2009. In order to participate in the festival, you must agree to the terms and conditions located on the second page of the BPAF 2009 Entry Form. Please read them carefully. We appreciate your participation! If you have any questions, please get in touch.
